The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $469,000 at a total inventory of 1,347. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,211 square feet, along with an average of 1.93 bedrooms and 1.75 bathrooms. With an average of 117 days on the market, 105 of the 1,347 condos were absorbed.
