This comes from the latest J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study, which measures customer satisfaction with the largest national real estate companies. They surveyed more than 2,990 evaluations to come up with these results.

According to the J.D Power and Associates press release, Keller
Williams ranked highest in the study for both buyer and sellers, and in all
factors considered! This is the third year in a row that Keller Williams has
been ranked number one by buyers and the second year in a row for sellers!
As a Keller Williams real estate agent in Boston, MA, I am especially
thrilled to hear that we scored highest in agent/salesperson satisfaction for
buyers and sellers! I have three decades of experience in all phases of the
Boston real estate market, making my knowledge and expertise stand out. I was
also the first CEO/Team Leader of the Keller Williams Boston Metro office, so it pleases me that we ranked highest in office satisfaction, too!
One way that makes home sellers satisfied with Keller
Williams is that our sellers are able to obtain higher percentages on their
asking prices, which is huge in what has mostly been a buyer’s market!
During a tough economic time, when customers are feeling
anxious about real estate, J.D. Power and Associates point out how important
customer satisfaction is. As a home buyer or home seller in Boston, you want to
feel confident and comfortable with the process and with the Boston real estate agent that you’re working with.
As the J.D Power and Associates video stated, uncertain
economic times “present a challenge for the real estate companies to really
work closely with the customers, and really hold their hand through the entire
process, to make them feel more comfortable in the decisions.”
The video then stated, “Keller Williams has set itself apart
by performing high in all the areas that are most important to customers,
specifically with the agent, the offices, and the services they provide.”
The study found that 33 percent of the respondents said they
are likely to buy or sell a home in the next 12 months. If you fall into that
