For single family Boston properties there
was a total of 127 homes listed as of October 5th. With an average of
3,329 square feet and 4.63 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to
$469,000. Only 11 of the 127 homes were actually newly listed. Finally,
with an average of 127 days on the market.
The numbers for Boston condos are
promising. The median listing price was at $525,000 at a total
inventory of 592. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,745
square feet, along with an average of 2.91 bedrooms and 2.04 bathrooms.
With an average of 132 days on the market, 70 of the 592 condos were
absorbed.
