For single family Boston properties there was a total of 132 homes listed as of October 19th. With an average of 3,246 square feet and 4.61 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to $469,450. Only 9 of the 132 homes were actually newly listed. Finally, with an average of 134 days on the market.
The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $525,000 at a total inventory of 613. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,764 square feet, along with an average of 3.01 bedrooms and 2.12 bathrooms. With an average of 133 days on the market, 47 of the 613 condos were absorbed.
