For single family Boston properties there was a total of 91 homes listed as of December 28th. With an average of 3,516 square feet and 4.87 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to $525,000. Only 4 of the 91 homes were actually newly listed. Finally, with an average of 161 days on the market.
The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $559,000 at a total inventory of 411. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,919 square feet, along with an average of 3.10 bedrooms and 2.26 bathrooms. With an average of 165 days on the market, 34 of the 411 condos were absorbed.
