For single family Boston properties there was a total of 108 homes listed as of February 8th. With an average of 3,477 square feet and 4.53 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to $399,000. 43 of the 108 homes were actually newly listed. Finally, with an average of 133 days on the market.
The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $569,450 at a total inventory of 452. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,737 square feet, along with an average of 2.92 bedrooms and 2.09 bathrooms. With an average of 150 days on the market, 52 of the 452 condos were absorbed.
