For single family Boston properties there was a total of 386 homes listed as of May 3rd. With an average of 2,295 square feet and 3.00 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to $499,900. 18 of the 386 homes were actually newly listed. Finally, with an average of 76 days on the market.

The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $549,000 at a total inventory of 575. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,641 square feet, along with an average of 2.62 bedrooms and 1.97 bathrooms. With an average of 137 days on the market, 68 of the 575 condos were absorbed.
