The numbers for Boston condos are promising. The median listing price was at $559,000 at a total inventory of 573. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,613 square feet, along with an average of 2.62 bedrooms and 1.98 bathrooms. With an average of 148 days on the market, 78 of the 573 condos were absorbed.
