With an average of 2,008 square feet and 3.62 bedrooms, the median list price comes out to $982,612. 4 of the 8 homes were actually newly listed. Finally, with an average of 18 days on the market.

 

The numbers for Boston condos in the 02129 zip code are promising. The median listing price was at $687,329 at a total inventory of 41. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,098 square feet, along with an average of 1.90 bedrooms and 1.56 bathrooms. With an average of 42 days on the market, 6 of the 41 condos were absorbed, and 13 are  new listings.
