The numbers for Boston condos are
promising. The median listing price was at $525,000 at a total
inventory of 663. The average condo size is currently sitting at 1,675
square feet, along with an average of 2.73 bedrooms and 1.97 bathrooms.
With an average of 113 days on the market, 49 of the 663 condos were
absorbed.
